LawAdv may collect account details, organization membership, research history, saved authorities, lawyer profile information, billing records, security logs, and information users choose to upload or enter.

How information is used

Information is used to operate, secure, support, and improve LawAdv; provide requested research features; manage subscriptions and organizations; and communicate about the account.

Professional and client information

Do not submit confidential or privileged information unless your organization has determined that doing so is appropriate under its legal, ethical, and security obligations.

Retention and deletion

Retention controls and formal account-deletion workflows are being finalized for the public beta. Production retention periods should be documented before launch.
